Executive Pastry Chef at Sonoma Bakery, Sydney, Australia More than twenty years of pastry experience around the world — from Bottega Louie in Los Angeles, Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas, Mandarin Oriental in New York to Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, where as Executive Pastry Chef he was responsible for the pastry section for all thirteen restaurants in the hotel. After moving to Australia, he worked with Adrian Zumba in Sydney. He has now been Executive Pastry Chef at Sonoma Bakery for the past several years.
