Information on the protection of personal data

Kornfel spol. s r.o., Company ID: 43441980, with its registered office at Čejč 66, 696 14 Čejč, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), processes personal data of visitors to the www.korn fail.cz website.

We would like to inform you about what personal data we collect about you, for what reason, how we use it and what your rights are in relation to the processing of personal data.

What personal data do we process and why?

In the event that you send us a message through one of the contact forms on our website, we will process your personal data that you provide to us: first and last name, e-mail, telephone and, if applicable, other data contained in the text of the message.

We will process this personal data in order to respond to a query or request made by you, or to create an offer of goods or services and negotiate such an offer.

We will do the same if you reach out to us via email or phone call and provide us with your personal information.

How long will we retain personal data?

We will process your personal data for the period strictly necessary, for a maximum period of 1 year from the date of their provision, unless another legal reason for their processing is subsequently given.

What are your rights?

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

  • request information from us, what personal data we process and details of their processing (for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are disclosed, from where we obtained the personal data, etc. ),
  • request access to personal data and have it updated or corrected;
  • request the erasure of personal data, or restriction of their processing, if they are no longer necessary for the stated purposes, or if we no longer have a legal reason to process the personal data,
  • object to the processing of personal data,
  • in case of doubt about compliance with the obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact us or lodge a complaint.
